Associate Shopper Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Design and execute shopper-centric marketing plans that use data insights and storytelling to drive sales.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with sales and brand teams to develop tailored 5P activation plans for diverse retail environments.
• Analyze market data to identify business opportunities across distribution, pricing, promotion, and placement.
• Translate market findings into actionable trade initiatives to improve in-store visibility and availability.
• Enhance shopper experiences through the development of point-of-sale materials.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of trade and marketing programs to recommend improvements for profitability.
• Manage the trade marketing budget to achieve category targets, including NTS, GP, market share, and offtake.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2 to 4 years of relevant experience in shopper marketing, sales support, retail activation, or market research.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and generate actionable recommendations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to maintain strategic partnerships.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively within a team.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proficiency in data analytics tools and shopper insights platforms.
• Experience preparing professional sales presentations and marketing materials.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate market trends and adapt tactics to evolving shopper needs.
