Associate, Shared Services - Record to Report (Accounting)

Responsibilities

• Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger to meet monthly and quarterly close deadlines
• Perform account reconciliations and investigate variances to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies
• Collaborate with finance teams to gather, review, and validate financial data for statutory and management reporting
• Support internal and external audit processes by providing required documentation and responding to inquiries
• Adhere to accounting policies, procedures, and internal control requirements to ensure compliance and data integrity
• Partner with the Global Process Owner and Shared Services teams to identify and recommend process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
• Minimum of 1-3+ years of relevant accounting or finance experience
• Ability to work onsite at our Inglewood, CA office five days per week
