Associate, Services Quoting

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate and detailed quotations for maintenance services in compliance with company policies and pricing guidelines
• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide timely support for generating quotes
• Conduct pricing analysis to ensure competitiveness and profitability based on market conditions
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date records of all quotations and related documentation
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to provide feedback to the management team
• Work closely with internal teams including account management, Service Entitlement, and operations to ensure high-quality delivery
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide progress updates and escalate potential issues

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, finance, or a related field
• 0-3 years of professional experience
• Strong attention to detail and a meticulous approach to data accuracy
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional teams

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in a sales support or customer service role
• Familiarity with quoting tools and processes
• Understanding of maintenance services and contracts within the technology industry
