Responsibilities

• Engage daily with clients to build relationships and deliver tailored support
• Own client projects from start to finish, including scoping, recruiting experts, and delivering outcomes
• Collaborate with colleagues and internal stakeholders to maximize commercial outcomes and revenue
• Uphold GLG’s compliance framework and company values

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher
• 0-3 years of experience in client-facing, sales, or account management roles
• Fluency in Italian
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including comfort with phone-based outreach
• Strong critical thinking and creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to work flexible and extended hours based on client needs
