About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products including Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and Jira Service Desk
- Work within a 24/7 support team, participating in various shifts to provide continuous customer support
- Maintain Jira projects, advanced custom workflows, permission schemes, and notification schemes
- Evaluate, test, and install Atlassian plug-ins and add-ons to meet business needs
- Manage Change and Configuration Management processes effectively
- Generate comprehensive documentation on workflows and processes to support runbooks
- Train and support end users on Atlassian toolset best practices and new features
- Use monitoring tools to diagnose performance issues and perform monthly reporting for Jira and Confluence
Requirements
- Experience in Jira and Confluence administration and customization
- Proficiency in technical troubleshooting and Atlassian product customization
- Strong documentation skills and familiarity with industry best practices
- Ability to handle Change and Configuration Management processes
- Experience working with executive-level customers
- A collaborative approach to problem-solving
