Associate SEO & AEO Manager

Responsibilities

• Own technical SEO health and performance, including audits for crawlability, indexation, and Core Web Vitals
• Lead AEO and AI Search Optimization strategies for platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity
• Use AI tools to improve keyword research, content gap analysis, and technical audits
• Define SEO and AEO KPIs tied to pipeline, qualified traffic, and category visibility
• Partner with Web, Engineering, Content, and Product Marketing teams to prioritize SEO fixes

Requirements

• 5+ years of SEO experience with deep technical expertise
• Proven ability to diagnose and resolve complex SEO issues on large websites
• Working knowledge of AEO, GEO, LLM search, and AI retrieval behavior
• Proficiency with Google Search Console, GA4, Semrush, or similar platforms
• Strong understanding of structured data, schema markup, and JavaScript SEO
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience building repeatable systems for monitoring SEO health and issue detection
• Ability to turn complex data into clear actionable insights
• A test-and-learn mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
