Associate Senior Test Analyst

Responsibilities

• Conduct online, batch, and data verification testing to ensure accuracy and consistency after data migrations.
• Design and execute test strategies, including positive, negative, and regression testing, based on project requirements.
• Develop comprehensive test plans, conditions, and cases in collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and business analysts.
• Utilize automated testing tools to increase efficiency, performance, and reliability of applications.
• Document detailed test results and create accurate defect reports, following all issues through to resolution and closure.
• Act as a single point of contact for assigned small-scale client projects regarding all test activities.
• Apply knowledge of payment card industry standards and security compliance to all testing activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in software testing.
• Strong knowledge of relational databases.
• Experience or knowledge within the Bankcard industry.
• Proficiency with IBM Rational tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
• Working towards International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Certification.
• Experience with IBM Mainframe Systems (TSO, JHS, CICS).
• Familiarity with automation and performance tools such as Selenium, JMeter, or HP Quick Test Professional.
