Associate Senior Client Server Software Analyst

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex application issues within a global payments ecosystem
• Perform in-depth troubleshooting of IIS-related issues
• Debug and analyze Windows, web server, and application logs to identify root causes
• Manage incidents and problems following ITSM/ITIL frameworks and ticketing systems
• Utilize scripting languages to automate or assist in technical processes
• Continuously learn and adopt new skills to support innovation and technical changes

Requirements

• 2-4 years of overall professional experience
• Practical experience with Windows Server, SQL Server, IIS, and networking
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in one or more scripting languages
• General understanding of web applications, web servers, and web technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related discipline

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of cloud platforms, specifically Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Familiarity with ITSM/ITIL processes and incident management
