Associate Senior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Provide post-implementation support, system administration, and incident management for the Icertis Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platform
• Configure and manage contract templates, workflows, clause libraries, rules, and user roles
• Drive continuous improvement of the CLM platform and support process design
• Act as a subject matter expert representing product processes and managing escalations
• Manage stakeholders across both business and technical teams
• Support system integration concepts using REST APIs, JSON, and XML

Requirements

• BTech or MCA degree
• 5 to 7 years of professional experience
• Proven experience in SaaS application support, specifically with Icertis CLM or similar Contract Lifecycle Management tools
• Strong understanding of contract types, legal documentation workflows, and compliance frameworks
• Proficiency with Google Suite and MS Office
• Excellent English communication skills and experience working with US/UK-based teams
• Ability to work flexible hours (typically 1 pm to 10 pm IST) to accommodate stakeholder calls

Preferred Qualifications

• Icertis CLM certification
• Exposure to Agile methodologies or change management
• Experience with tools such as Jira, ServiceNow, or Power BI
• Familiarity with Coupa, Ariba, or Conga tools
