Associate/Senior Associate, Driver Operations

Responsibilities

• Ensure the overall success of Driver Operations in respective markets across our global presence
• Act as the main bridge for effective communication and collaboration between Functional Departments and local Driver Operations
• Acquire a deep quantitative and qualitative understanding of local situations, problems, and opportunities
• Help markets adopt and apply learnings and standards for previously solved problems
• Work with markets to plan, execute, and review initiatives in a data-driven way to tackle new challenges
• Document and share data-supported local learnings with other global markets

Requirements

• University degree holder in any discipline
• At least 3 years of experience in a fast-moving environment (e-commerce or delivery platform experience is a plus)
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with proven success in project management
• Ability to communicate effectively across different regions and diverse stakeholders
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proactive, self-initiated, and highly attentive to detail
• Ability to champion new processes from initial planning to final closure

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of Excel spreadsheets
• Experience using Tableau for data visualization
