About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive sales by maximizing fitting room and salesfloor productivity and building guest loyalty
- Act as a Leader on Duty (LOD) to implement business strategies and manage daily operations
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members to ensure outstanding service
- Provide real-time coaching, performance feedback, and development plans to associates
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is guest-ready
- Ensure compliance with store safety, asset protection, and company policies
Requirements
- Previous experience in a retail management role
- Proven team leadership and people development skills
- Strong business acumen and ability to analyze sales trends/KPIs
- Excellent time management and ability to multi-task with high attention to detail
- Flexible availability to work during peak shopping hours
