- Analyze reporting and daily trends to make strategic business decisions
- Recruit, hire, and train high-performing team members

- Execute daily operational procedures and maintain visual brand standards
- Ensure store safety and Asset Protection standards are met
Requirements
- Previous retail management leadership experience
