About the role
Responsibilities
- Own outbound prospecting efforts into large enterprise organizations to generate net-new pipeline
- Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
- Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts using data, intent signals, and AI-driven tools
- Execute highly personalized, multi-touch outbound sequences tailored to prospect priorities
- Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to identify business pain and urgency
- Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDICC before passing to Account Executives
- Maintain accurate and detailed records within Salesforce and engagement platforms like Salesloft
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with a strong outbound focus
- Experience targeting enterprise or Fortune 500 accounts
- Proficiency with Salesforce and video conferencing tools such as Zoom
- Experience using sales tools including Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging at scale
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs
- A proactive, self-starting mindset and resilience in high-volume prospecting environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to MEDDICC or similar sales qualification frameworks
- Proven success partnering with marketing on account-based initiatives
- Experience prospecting into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
