About the role

Responsibilities

  • Own outbound prospecting efforts into large enterprise organizations to generate net-new pipeline
  • Engage C-level executives and senior decision-makers through cold calls, emails, and social outreach
  • Identify and prioritize high-value target accounts using data, intent signals, and AI-driven tools
  • Execute highly personalized, multi-touch outbound sequences aligned with prospect priorities
  • Conduct discovery and qualification conversations to identify business pain and urgency
  • Qualify opportunities using frameworks such as MEDDICC before passing to Account Executives
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records within Salesforce and engagement platforms like Salesloft
  • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Marketing to refine targeting and messaging strategies

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a BDR/SDR or SaaS sales role with a strong outbound focus
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and video conferencing tools such as Zoom
  • Experience using sales tools including Salesloft and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding outbound activity and meeting-booking KPIs
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to personalize messaging at scale
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, metrics-driven, and collaborative environment
  • Resilience and confidence when engaging senior-level stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

  • Exposure to MEDDICC or similar sales qualification frameworks
  • Proven success partnering with marketing on account-based initiatives
  • Previous experience prospecting into complex, multi-stakeholder enterprise environments
