Associate, Securitised Products - Origination & Structuring

Responsibilities

• Support the origination and execution of securitisation transactions within the Esoteric sector, including digital infrastructure (data centers), solar assets, Sharia-compliant securitisation, and IP royalties.
• Assist in the development of the MUFG public ABS franchise in EMEA.
• Lead or support the execution of transaction renewals, amendments, and waivers.
• Perform cash flow modelling, undertake due diligence, and produce structural risk memoranda and credit papers.
• Review legal documentation and manage client relationships with internal and external counterparties.
• Lead or support deal closing processes and respond to routine client queries.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory issues and market developments relating to securitisation.

Requirements

• Degree level education.
• Proven track record in EMEA securitisation structuring or execution.
• Experience in structured finance, securitisation, or working capital finance within a bank, rating agency, or advisory capacity.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong complex problem-solving and commercial acumen.
• Excellent interpersonal, networking, and negotiation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in legal, accounting, or credit analysis.
• Fluency in any European languages.
