Associate Scientist - Oncology

Responsibilities

• Support preclinical pipeline programs by performing assays and delivering scientific evidence of drug candidates
• Operate and maintain standard laboratory equipment
• Maintain organized laboratory notebooks and electronic repositories
• Interact closely with cross-functional product teams focused on hematologic and solid cancer
• Support scientific publications and presentations at conferences

Requirements

• Master's Degree, or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience in a laboratory setting performing scientific assays
• Strong written, verbal, and oral communication skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Academic or industrial background in cell and molecular biology, cancer biology, immunology, biochemistry, pharmacology, or genetics
• Hands-on experience with mammalian cell culture and primary cell isolation
• Proficiency in flow cytometry, Western blot, qPCR, and CRISPR KO
• Experience with transfection, transduction, MSD, or high-throughput screening
• Strong skills in experimental design and data generation
