About the role
Responsibilities
- Design, conduct, analyze, and report in vivo and in vitro studies to support immuno-oncology and immunotherapy research
- Perform in vivo techniques including tumor inoculation, measurement, dosing (oral, SC, IP, and IV), and blood/tissue collection
- Execute in vitro cellular assays, including multiparametric flow cytometry and molecular biology techniques
- Maintain laboratory equipment and ensure accurate, timely record-keeping and data analysis
- Participate in and present findings to cross-departmental teams and meetings
Requirements
- Master's degree with 1 year of in vivo pharmacology and laboratory experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience
- Proficiency in in vivo handling techniques and in vitro cellular assays
- Experience with flow cytometry and data analysis tools such as GraphPad Prism and Excel
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, Biology, Immunology, or a related field with 4 years of laboratory experience
- Hands-on experience with preclinical cancer models and various drug administration routes
- Experience with in vivo bioluminescence imaging (BLI) and multi-parametric flow cytometry (5+ colors)
- Background in drug discovery and molecular, cellular, or ex vivo biological techniques
