About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently design and execute in vitro assays to evaluate immune cell function, including multi-color flow cytometry and cytotoxicity assays
- Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells through tissue processing and downstream assays
- Develop, execute, and troubleshoot experimental protocols
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic laboratory notebook records
- Analyze and communicate experimental data at team meetings
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in biology, immunology, bioengineering or related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience in immunology and/or immunotherapy
- Strong experimental skills in tissue culture and primary immune cell culture
- Proficiency in flow cytometry and immunoassay development
- Experience with ex vivo mouse model and NHP sample processing
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with non-viral delivery technologies and nucleic acid modalities
- Experience with primary human and/or NHP T cells
