Associate Scientist, Immunology

Responsibilities

• Independently design and execute in vitro assays to evaluate immune cell function, including multi-color flow cytometry and cytotoxicity assays
• Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells through tissue processing and downstream assays
• Develop, execute, and troubleshoot experimental protocols
• Maintain accurate and timely electronic laboratory notebook records
• Analyze and communicate experimental data at team meetings

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in biology, immunology, bioengineering or related discipline
• 6+ years of relevant industry experience in immunology and/or immunotherapy
• Strong experimental skills in tissue culture and primary immune cell culture
• Proficiency in flow cytometry and immunoassay development
• Experience with ex vivo mouse model and NHP sample processing

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with non-viral delivery technologies and nucleic acid modalities
• Experience with primary human and/or NHP T cells
