About the role
Responsibilities
- Independently design and execute in vitro assays to evaluate immune cell function, including multi-color flow cytometry and cytotoxicity assays
- Conduct ex vivo analysis of immune cells through tissue processing and downstream assays
- Develop, execute, and troubleshoot experimental protocols under the guidance of senior team members
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic laboratory notebook records
- Analyze and communicate experimental data during team meetings
Requirements
- BS or MS degree in biology, immunology, bioengineering, or a related discipline
- 6+ years of relevant industry experience in immunology and/or immunotherapy
- Strong experimental skills in tissue culture and primary immune cell culture
- Proficiency in flow cytometry, immunoassay development, and ex vivo mouse model or NHP sample processing
- Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with non-viral delivery technologies and nucleic acid modalities
- Experience working with primary human and/or NHP T cells
