Associate Scientist I/II, Analytical Operations

Responsibilities

• Analyze internally and externally submitted samples using various analytical methods including cell-based assays, ELISAs, PCR, and LC-MS
• Use statistical tools to analyze data and independently draw conclusions
• Support screening, optimization, and scale-up efforts in mRNA and LNP Process Development

Requirements

• B.S. with 2-3 years of relevant experience or M.S. with 1-2 years of relevant experience
• Working experience in analytical development operations pertaining to biologics
• Prior experience with LNPs with nucleic acid payloads
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize to meet deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

• Educational focus in Chemical Engineering, Bioengineering, or a similar field
• Experience with analytical methods such as cell-based assays, ELISA, RT-PCR, and/or LC-MS
