About the role
Responsibilities
- Execute cell-based assays to support AAV gene therapy product development
- Prepare reagents, culture cells, and maintain laboratory equipment
- Analyze and document experimental data with accuracy and completeness
- Participate in assay optimization and troubleshooting under supervision
- Contribute to analytical method development for product characterization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project completion
- Assist in preparing reports and presentations summarizing assay results
- Adhere to laboratory safety protocols and maintain an organized workspace
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in biology, biochemistry, molecular biology, or related field
- Basic laboratory skills including pipetting, cell culture, and sample preparation
- Familiarity with basic data analysis tools such as Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
- Demonstrated teamwork and communication skills in a laboratory setting
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with aseptic techniques in mammalian cell culture systems
- Experience with qPCR, ELISA, SDS-PAGE, and Western Blot
