Associate Scientist - Bioassay Group

Responsibilities

• Perform screening and in vitro characterization of preclinical and clinical drug candidates.
• Develop cell-based assays and design experiments to evaluate drug candidates in primary and engineered mammalian cells.
• Execute mammalian cell culture, stable cell line generation, and flow cytometry.
• Conduct cell-based functional assays, including reporter and cytotoxicity assays.
• Communicate findings effectively to supervisors and lab members.
• Present experimental data clearly and concisely within and outside the group.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
• Proven experience with cell culture (both adherent and non-adherent cells).
• Hands-on experience with stable cell line generation and flow cytometry.
• Proficiency in sterile techniques and mammalian cell handling.
