About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform screening and in vitro characterization of preclinical and clinical drug candidates.
- Develop cell-based assays and design experiments to evaluate drug candidates in primary and engineered mammalian cells.
- Execute mammalian cell culture, stable cell line generation, and flow cytometry.
- Conduct cell-based functional assays, including reporter and cytotoxicity assays.
- Communicate findings effectively to supervisors and lab members.
- Present experimental data clearly and concisely within and outside the group.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience or a Master’s degree with 2+ years of experience.
- Proven experience with cell culture (both adherent and non-adherent cells).
- Hands-on experience with stable cell line generation and flow cytometry.
- Proficiency in sterile techniques and mammalian cell handling.

- Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities to process and interpret experimental data.
- Ability to explore new scientific areas and present findings in cross-functional meetings.
- High level of initiative and a strong interest in groundbreaking science.
- Willingness to learn new techniques and collaborate on multiple projects simultaneously.
