Associate Scientist - Bioanalytical Science

Responsibilities

• Train on and perform bioanalytical methods (manual, hybrid, and automated) for clinical studies under supervision
• Analyze multiple plates and perform various assays within the same day
• Interpret data to assess plate acceptance criteria and adjust sample dilutions accordingly
• Manage vital operations within LIMS, including sample requests, building analysis plates, and tracking sample movement
• Use Electronic Lab Notebooks (ELN) for accurate data documentation
• Prepare and qualify reagents and manage laboratory supply re-ordering
• Ensure all laboratory work and documentation comply with company SOPs, bioanalytical method procedures (BMPs), and regulatory requirements

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in a scientific field
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in an industry or academic setting
• Knowledge of the basic principles of immunoassays
• Strong data interpretation and organizational skills
