Associate Scientific Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Provide field support to medical facilities in Turkey and work closely with Key Opinion Leaders, physicians, and pharmacists.
• Lead efforts to early diagnose new patients and ensure appropriate management in line with local and global treatment guidelines.
• Deliver high-quality scientific presentations and education to stakeholders regarding administration, infusion techniques, and product requirements.
• Facilitate and monitor investigator-sponsored studies to generate clinical and safety data.
• Identify and develop advocacy work with key investigators and opinion leaders using a patient-centric approach.
• Represent the company at scientific symposia both in Turkey and abroad.
• Provide proactive feedback on emerging clinical and competitive trends within the Turkish market.

Requirements

• A relevant life sciences or medical degree from a reputable university.
• Fluency in both Turkish and English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build value-based professional relationships.
• Proficiency with PC applications.
• Ability to work independently and manage planning and organization effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant pharmaceutical and clinical industry experience.
• Experience in public speaking and delivering formal education programs.
• A track record of successfully managing complex stakeholder relationships.
