Associate Scientific Territory Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead efforts to early diagnose new patients through relevant projects and ensure management aligns with local and global treatment guidelines.
• Provide high-level field support and technical education to medical facilities, clinicians, and physicians in Turkey.
• Support patients, clinicians, and physicians involved in the diagnosis and treatment process.
• Facilitate and monitor investigator-sponsored studies to generate additional clinical and safety data.
• Educate stakeholders on administration, infusion techniques, adverse event management, and cold-chain storage requirements.
• Identify and develop advocacy work with key investigators and opinion leaders using a patient-centric approach.
• Represent the company at scientific symposia both in Turkey and abroad.
• Deliver high-quality scientific presentations and provide proactive feedback on emerging clinical and competitive trends.

Requirements

• A relevant life sciences or medical degree from a reputable university.
• Fluent Turkish and English language skills (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with a logical approach to problem-solving.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to build value-based professional relationships and influence stakeholders.
• Proficient PC skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to work independently and maintain a mature professional outlook.

Preferred Qualifications

• At least 4 years of relevant experience in the pharmaceutical or clinical industry.
• Proven track record in delivering public education programs and presenting scientific information.
