Responsibilities

• Review, tag, and classify retail product data to improve search relevance
• Apply standardized guidelines and classification rules consistently
• Identify data discrepancies and escalate ambiguous cases to team leads
• Maintain high standards of data accuracy and completeness
• Perform quality checks and correct data to ensure compliance
• Remove duplicate or incorrect entries from the product catalog
• Collaborate with team members on continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow taxonomies
• Basic understanding of e-commerce or retail product catalogs
• Proficiency with spreadsheets and web-based platforms
• Good written communication skills in English
• Ability to process repetitive tasks accurately

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in data annotation or search relevance
• Familiarity with product taxonomies and ontologies
• Experience with query-product matching or attribute enrichment
• Comfort working with large datasets and rule-based frameworks
• Strong web research and time-management skills
