Associate Salesforce Developer

Responsibilities

• Develop and customize applications using Salesforce Lightning (LWC/Aura), Apex classes, triggers, and Visualforce
• Configure Salesforce objects, fields, page layouts, validation rules, workflows, and permission models
• Support integration of Salesforce with external systems using RESTful and SOAP web services
• Assist in maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployments using tools like Git and Copado
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues in Salesforce orgs across sandboxes and production
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including standups, planning sessions, and sprint reviews
• Collaborate with business analysts, testers, and other developers to deliver quality outcomes

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
• Proficiency in Apex (classes, triggers, schedulers, exception handling), LWC, and Aura
• Familiarity with Salesforce security models, sharing rules, and role hierarchies
• Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
• Exposure to DevOps practices, Git-based version control, and CI/CD automation
• Basic understanding of validation requirements in regulated environments (e.g., GxP/CSV)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience using Copado for source control and release management
• Previous experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II certifications
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
• Exposure to healthcare, pharma, or life sciences industries
