About the role
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers via telephone or electronic inquiries to address administrative and sales-related activities
- Coordinate pre- and post-sale actions to ensure customers meet certification requirements and adoption timelines
- Develop and share quotes using standardized pricing tools and process them into orders using ERP systems
- Support account managers and sales engineers by performing various administrative tasks
- Track account history and provide data from internal sources to facilitate deeper knowledge of account opportunities
- Connect customers to appropriate UL personnel, including delivery teams and engineers, when necessary
- Collaborate with internal resources to resolve customer inquiries and ensure clear communication
Requirements
- High school diploma
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software
- Under 1 year of related experience
- Strong communication and administrative skills
- Ability to manage internal systems and data sources
- Basic business acumen and understanding of sales processes
