About the role
Responsibilities
- Achieve sales revenue and SGM targets for both brand-owned and distributor-managed stores.
- Manage retail business strategy and channel management, including distributor selection and development.
- Ensure best-in-store execution regarding assortment, display, pricing, and promotion.
- Conduct regular business reviews and annual business planning with distributors to ensure commercial target achievement.
- Partner with Marketing to execute product launches, in-store activities, livestreams, and CRM programs.
- Collaborate with Planning, Supply, and Customer Service teams to streamline forecasting and after-sales service.
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity to provide strategic feedback to headquarters.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5+ years of experience in premium lifestyle consumer goods, outdoor, or sportswear with global brands.
- Proven expertise in flagship store management (100–200 square meters).
- Strong experience in distributor management and selection.
- Sound analytical skills with acute attention to detail.
- Fluent written English.
- Ability to work independently as a self-starter in a multi-tasking environment.
