Associate, Sales Development - Bilingual

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate product value and benefits through active customer engagement and consultative selling.
• Manage high-volume inbound and outbound sales motions via phone, email, video, and social media.
• Identify relevant points of contact using tools like Sales Navigator to execute outreach strategies.
• Actively manage the sales pipeline to move prospects through the funnel and meet response-time SLAs.
• Document all prospect and customer interactions accurately within Salesforce or a similar CRM.
• Transition qualified leads to the onboarding team to ensure a seamless customer journey.
• Report on daily, monthly, and quarterly metrics to track progress toward sales goals.

Requirements

• 3+ years of overall professional experience.
• 1.5+ years of experience in B2B sales, consultative sales, or account management.
• Proven experience in cold calling, lead generation, and lead qualification.
• Fluency in both English (B2+) and Spanish.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM tools.
• Foundational marketing knowledge.

• Experience working within a large tech or advertising organization.
• Experience in new business development or customer acquisition environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment.
• Strong time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
