Associate S&P and Entertainment Content Review

Responsibilities

• Review and advise on entertainment content including scripts, storyboards, animatics, and digital content to ensure alignment with company standards and industry regulations
• Conduct research related to third-party intellectual property and personal rights issues
• Support the tracking and organization of clearance reports from third-party vendors
• Identify intellectual property concerns and escalate them to senior team members
• Review advertising and marketing materials to ensure compliance with laws and guidelines such as COPPA and CARU
• Partner with the Advertising and Marketing Legal Team to confirm marketing materials meet all requirements
• Maintain legal and compliance resources, databases, and internal documentation
• Prepare summaries, reports, and status updates for the legal team

Requirements

• BA/BS degree
• 1-3 years of relevant experience or internship experience in standards & practices, legal, media, compliance, or a related field
• Strong research skills and the ability to apply guidelines with high attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to exercise independent judgment

Preferred Qualifications

• Interest in entertainment, media, children’s content, and/or intellectual property
• Familiarity with content standards, media production, or legal concepts
