Responsibilities

• Support early-stage ideation by identifying and evaluating potential opportunities based on market potential and strategic advantages
• Develop and execute structured workplans to assess incubation opportunities through quantitative and qualitative analyses
• Assist in initial company building, including product development, business development, operations, and fundraising
• Support leadership recruitment efforts by defining role profiles and sourcing candidates
• Collaborate with incubated ventures and leadership teams during key business inflection points

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant full-time work experience
• Exceptional academic background
• Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with executives and stakeholders
• Experience in venture building or product development, ideally in healthcare or life sciences technology
