Associate Roadway Engineer

Responsibilities

• Utilize CAE and CAD applications for roadway design and engineering tasks
• Apply basic engineering principles and fundamental theories to various design assignments
• Prepare engineering computations, material quantity takeoffs, estimates, and surveys
• Assist senior engineers in reviewing supplier drawing submittals and technical bid analyses
• Support the preparation and issuance of specifications, data sheets, and construction documents
• Provide technical input to CAD Designers and Drafters working on project teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Relevant civil engineering internship experience
• Familiarity with CAD and other standard engineering PC software packages
