Associate, RFP Writer

Responsibilities

• Manage the coordination and timely completion of RFPs, RFIs, and DDQs
• Create, compile, and review high-quality, error-free investment proposal language
• Collaborate with subject matter experts in compliance, legal, risk, ESG, and finance to craft customized responses
• Build a deep understanding of firm products and investment strategies to ensure accurate proposals
• Update and manage proposal content within the Loopio database to maintain content integrity
• Review and proofread qualitative and quantitative content for accuracy
• Liaise with internal departments to obtain necessary data and supporting documentation
• Drive efficiency in the RFP process through innovative ideas and creative approaches

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in economics, finance, accounting, or marketing
• 3-6 years of experience in the financial industry, specifically in investor relations or RFP roles
• Proven experience managing the entire RFP process lifecycle
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple concurrent assignments under tight deadlines
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of the asset management industry
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on qualitative and quantitative accuracy

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Loopio RFP software
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Tableau, or PowerBI
