Associate, Revenue Accounting

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end accounting for management fees, administrative fees, and other revenue streams, from cash bookings to quarter-end revenue recognition.
• Perform detailed quarter-over-quarter variance analysis and forecast versus actuals analysis for senior management review.
• Oversee the end-to-end time certification process in partnership with fund accounting, IT, and leadership teams.
• Support accounting for carried interest, including employee performance fees, tax accruals, and FX clearing.
• Assist with Management Co investment activities, including processing capital call and distribution notices and accounting for realizations.
• Contribute to special projects, process improvements, and the automation of accounting and financial reporting requirements.
• Support internal reporting and ad-hoc requests from auditors and other finance teams.

Requirements

• Qualified Chartered Accountant.
• 3-4 years of progressive professional accounting experience.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and writing skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in public accounting.
• Experience within the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of fund accounting and SEC reporting.
• Exposure to corporate or investment accounting.
• An advanced degree.
