Associate, Retail Technology

Responsibilities

• Coordinate technology infrastructure and hardware for new store openings, renovations, relocations, and retro-fits
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure technology requirements are integrated into retail projects
• Provide weekly status reports regarding project progress, open issues, and potential risks
• Build and maintain project documentation to ensure efficient management and seamless handovers to retail teams
• Perform post-project evaluations and postmortem reports to determine best practices
• Manage on-call support responsibilities to handle incidents and ensure high system availability

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in relevant technology areas
• Basic understanding of computer hardware and accessories, including desktops, mobile devices, and peripherals
• Strong organizational and analytical skills to drive continuous improvement
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Availability for onsite work and travel

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the retail domain
• Interest in or exposure to AI-enabled tools for reporting, incident management, and workflow automation
