Associate Requirement Management Engineer

Responsibilities

• Manage project and technical requirements throughout the entire product lifecycle
• Support tools implementation and provide guidance to process users
• Follow up on requirement status, including allocation, acceptance, and coverage
• Manage requirements configuration and report status to project management
• Liaise with clients and consortiums using DOORS
• Support consistency analysis in coordination with the System Engineering Manager
• Assist with change impact analysis in coordination with the Configuration Manager
• Ensure alignment between technical requirements and project plans

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• Understanding of requirements management processes and tools such as DOORS
• Knowledge of system engineering principles and practices
• Familiarity with configuration management and change impact analysis
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification in Requirements Management or Systems Engineering
