Associate Representative, Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer requests for pricing and product lead-times within a designated region
• Ensure customer orders are accurate before system entry
• Manage the progression of customer quotes above specific revenue thresholds
• Manage customer backlogs and interface with manufacturing facilities in Thailand and the Philippines to address delivery challenges
• Prepare high-quality customer documentation in compliance with company standards
• Generate business intelligence reports for senior staff and recommend process improvements
• Adhere to company commitments regarding environmental management, health, and safety

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related 4-year field
• At least 1 year of work experience in a related field
• Proficient in MS Excel, including the creation of macros and use of LOOKUP functions
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong computer skills and the ability to multi-task in a flexible environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within the semiconductor industry
• Knowledge of SAP
• Background in semiconductor manufacturing
