Associate, Reporting & System Administration

Responsibilities

• Oversee system administration activities, including user support, issue escalation, and ongoing data maintenance.
• Partner with Global Shared Services and IT teams to ensure systems and reporting tools operate effectively.
• Support the evaluation and implementation of system upgrades, patches, and fixes.
• Design, develop, and maintain standard and ad hoc financial and operational reports to support leadership decision-making.
• Contribute to the upkeep of the centralized reporting library, ensuring consistent data definitions and performance metrics.
• Collaborate with Finance and Accounting leaders to identify opportunities for system and reporting enhancements.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance data accuracy and efficiency across reporting workflows.
• Document processes and support the creation of user guides and training materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or ERP system support.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Solid understanding of Oracle ERP or comparable financial systems.
• Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across Finance, Accounting, and IT teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Oracle EPM.
• Experience with SQL.
