Associate Replenishment Buyer

Responsibilities

• Drive the Test and ReOrder Model for assigned categories to ensure profitable reordering of best-selling products
• Negotiate costs with vendors via email communication
• Monitor and revise style flows and perform preseason and in-season forecast reviews at the item level
• Assist with daily style sales tracking and develop reorder style sizing needs
• Create purchase orders for reorder styles
• Forge and maintain strong vendor relationships through proactive communication

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Excel including SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, and pivot tables
• Experience analyzing data to provide actionable insights
• BA/BS degree or equivalent experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• Passion for fashion and trend analysis
