Associate Replenishment Buyer

Responsibilities

• Drive the Test and ReOrder Model for assigned categories to ensure best-selling products are replenished timely and profitably
• Communicate with vendors via email to negotiate costs and forge strong professional relationships
• Maintain a quick chase mentality to ensure in-stock styles and best sellers are replenished rapidly
• Review preseason and in-season forecasts at the item level
• Assist with daily style sales tracking to determine unit needs and develop reorder sizing requirements
• Monitor and revise style flows as business needs require
• Create purchase orders for reorder styles
• Collaborate across multiple departments to gather insights and execute shared goals

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Replenishment, Data Analysis, or a similar field
• Proficiency in Excel with the ability to perform complex functions (SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
• Proven experience analyzing data to provide actionable business insights
• BA/BS degree or equivalent working experience in financial analysis or a similar role
• A strong passion for fashion, pop culture, and trend analysis
• Ability to work onsite during core business hours (Monday – Friday)
