About the role

Responsibilities

  • Support maintenance programs for facilities and equipment to optimize availability and productivity
  • Coordinate maintenance engineering work and review mechanical and electrical engineering specifications
  • Assist in the planning, design, and implementation of maintenance programs
  • Assess new equipment designs for reliability, ease of maintenance, and availability of replacement parts
  • Participate in the installation and commissioning of new equipment
  • Liaise with production staff to coordinate repair work and statutory safety inspections
  • Adhere to GxP regulations by following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintaining accurate documentation
  • Manage asset data and maintenance systems to ensure audit readiness and compliance

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • 3 years of relevant experience in maintenance or engineering support
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and communicating in English
  • Knowledge of GxP regulations and working within a regulated environment
  • Ability to work onsite in Houston, TX

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expertise in maintenance and asset management systems, particularly Maximo (MAS)
  • Experience supporting SAP integrations and mobile platforms
  • Working knowledge of SQL for writing queries
  • Strong analytical, reporting, and inventory management skills
