About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform Reliability, Availability, Maintainability (RAM) modelling and analysis
- Lead FMEA and RCM workshops with clients and internal teams
- Develop reliability strategies and maintenance optimization plans
- Support digital reliability initiatives and data-driven insights
- Prepare technical reports and client presentations
- Engage in capability building and mentoring junior staff
Requirements
- Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related)
- Proven experience in RAM, FMEA, and RCM methodologies
- Proficiency in reliability tools and software such as Isograph or Reliasoft
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and within global teams
