Associate Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment for clients
• Engage in consultative communication to understand and anticipate client financial needs
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions including the Chase Mobile App and Chase.com
• Meet with assigned clients in person and via phone to build lasting relationships
• Recommend tailored products and services based on individual financial goals
• Perform branch operations including managing cash devices, vaults, and ATMs

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or related industries
• Proven success in establishing new clients and deepening relationships
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to resolve client issues with high attention to detail
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent
• Ability to work branch hours including weekends and some evenings

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
