Associate Relationship Banker

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive and friendly service to create a welcoming environment for all clients.
• Engage in consultative communication to understand client needs and build lasting trust.
• Educate clients on digital banking solutions, including the Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Meet with assigned clients in person and via phone to provide tailored product recommendations.
• Learn products, services, and procedures quickly to effectively consult with clients.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices like the cash vault and ATM, while adhering to all bank policies.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience in Retail Banking, Financial Services, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to establish new clients, deepen relationships, and deliver results.
• Excellent communication skills, both in person and over the phone.
• High school degree, GED, or foreign equivalent.
• Ability to work branch hours, including weekends and some evenings.
• Ability to operate within established risk parameters and meet compliance obligations.

Preferred Qualifications

• College degree or military equivalent.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience adhering to banking policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
