About the role

Responsibilities

  • Design, maintain, and optimize degree audit rules in Colleague SIS to ensure alignment with academic policies and curricula.
  • Translate curriculum and catalog changes into system configurations, partnering with faculty and academic leadership.
  • Serve as a functional expert for Colleague and Self Service, supporting system configuration, maintenance, and enhancements.
  • Develop and deliver standard and ad hoc reports using Colleague, Informer, and related tools to support institutional decision-making.
  • Manage federal enrollment reporting, including National Student Clearinghouse and NSLDS, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide training, documentation, and user support for degree audits, SIS functionality, and reporting tools.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance data quality, system efficiency, and user experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems, data analytics, higher education administration, or a related field.
  • Experience working with a student information system (e.g., Colleague, Banner, PeopleSoft, or Workday Student).
  • Experience developing degree audits and/or academic rules.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data.
  • A personal commitment to the Christian faith and the integration of faith and learning.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Colleague, Self Service, Courseleaf, Informer, and/or the National Student Clearinghouse.
  • Proficiency with reporting tools, SQL, or data visualization tools.
  • Experience in higher education administration.
  • Knowledge of curriculum management, catalog processes, and academic policies.
  • Experience supporting system implementations or upgrades.
