Hudle is a sports-tech startup on a mission to enable 100 million Indians to play active sports as a way of life through a combination of cutting-edge technology and on-ground expertise. Hudle gives access to 5L+ people to their favorite sport across 1000+ facilities throughout the country.

Responsibilities

• Manage PnL, customer experience, and operations for 30-50 facilities in the Mumbai region
• Manage a team of 50-70 people directly and indirectly
• Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and stakeholders
• Use data and technology to solve operational problems at scale
• Oversee hiring, onboarding, and team management
• Ensure smooth venue operations, hygiene, branding, and maintenance
• Develop and execute processes, policies, and systems for business operations
• Submit business and data reports to upper management
• Develop strategies to improve top and bottom line business PnL
• Own the community-building and engagement agenda for the region

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in business, operations, and team management
• Past experience in sports-tech, QSR, or Retail
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to execute and deal with complexity in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational and attention to detail skills
• Self-motivated team player ready for a startup environment
