Associate Regional Entrepreneurship Department Director

Responsibilities

• Execute and monitor the operational and financial plan of the department on campus
• Coordinate faculty planning, subjects, and groups to ensure academic quality
• Manage the hiring, assignment, and professional development of part-time professors
• Implement regional academic initiatives within the campus
• Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders in the entrepreneurship ecosystem, including funds, accelerators, startups, and corporations
• Attract and connect top-tier teaching talent specialized in innovation and entrepreneurship
• Coordinate academic and student projects focused on entrepreneurship and innovation

Requirements

• PhD in Entrepreneurship, Innovation, Administration, or a related field (required)
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 level)
• University or postgraduate teaching experience at prestigious institutions
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic leadership or entrepreneurship projects
• Proven relational capital within national and international entrepreneurship ecosystems
• Experience in attracting and developing specialized teaching talent in innovation
