About the Company

DESRI (formerly D. E. Shaw Renewable Investments) is a market-leading owner and operator of renewable energy projects throughout the United States. We have acquired or developed approximately 13 gigawatts of contracted capacity across a portfolio of over 85 renewable energy projects in 24 states.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive all aspects of the recruiting process, collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand staffing needs
• Develop strategic recruitment plans, including job specifications and resume reviews
• Schedule and monitor a high volume of candidate interviews to facilitate offer acceptances
• Proactively develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Propose and implement process improvements and maintain data in recruiting and Human Capital systems
• Contribute to campus recruiting programs, intern events, and diversity initiatives

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Three or more years of recruiting experience
• Demonstrated understanding of recruitment best practices
• Ability to multitask and solve problems in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Keen attention to detail and proven follow-through skills
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to liaise with members of multiple business units
