Responsibilities
- Support the Real Estate practice group in the Cleveland office
- Manage legal matters related to real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Handle real estate financing transactions
- Advise clients on commercial office leasing matters
- Collaborate with a team-oriented group to help clients succeed
Requirements
- At least 3+ years of legal experience in real estate
- Proven experience in real estate acquisitions and dispositions
- Experience with real estate financing
- Experience in commercial office leasing
